This Privacy Policy explains how Propaiire (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Service. By using the Service you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

• Account and profile information you provide: name, email, mailing address, date of birth, gender, phone number, brokerage, and professional title.
• Property and listing data you enter or generate, including addresses, descriptions, pricing, and edits.
• Photos you upload of properties, which are stored and may be analyzed by AI and published to listing destinations at your direction.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; we keep limited billing identifiers (such as a Stripe customer ID and subscription status).
• Usage and device data generated as you use the Service (for example, log and activity data) to operate and secure it.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service, including generating and analyzing listings.
• To process payments, manage subscriptions, and send service and billing communications.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that help us run the Service, including:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• OpenAI — AI processing of listing data and uploaded photos to generate and label content.
• Google / Firebase — authentication, file storage, and maps imagery.
• Our database and hosting providers — to store and serve your data.
• Listing destinations and MLSs — when you publish a listing, its content and photos are sent to the destinations you choose and may become publicly visible.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information.

4. AI Processing

To generate descriptions and analyze photos, listing data and images are sent to our AI provider for processing. Do not upload images or information you are not authorized to share.

5. Public Listings

Content you publish to the Propaiire marketplace or to third-party destinations is public. Your published listing may show your name and professional contact details you have chosen to display.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion as described below.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may access and update your profile in the Service, and you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is for real estate professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. We will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide notice of material changes.
